You may deposit money into Your account via credit card over the Web, credit card by phone, or by check. When payment is made by check, Your account balance will not reflect the payment until the check has cleared and cash has been transferred to Submit account. You determine the Pay-out for Affiliate Partners. You may change your Pay-out at any time. Your Pay-out may be displayed as zero (0) within the Service any time your cash account balance with is zero (0). fees are charged to the Advertiser at thirty percent (30%) of the Pay-out amount. Fees are charged at the time that click throughs occur, a lead is captured or a sale is made from a Affiliate Partner site to Your site.
