If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be blanktape accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered. International orders are not accepted online. We will not ship outside the United States if ordered online.
